When I was first starting out in the work world, I had a job practicing law with a large bank on the west coast. For the most part, it was my job to collect on unpaid loans made by the bank. Technically, it was a great job for someone of my age and skill level. I should have been thrilled.

I hated it. You see, I’m a problem solver. I like to fix things, make them better. But, because I was bound to “the best interests” of my client – the bank, often the best interest of the bank was to drag things out, sometimes forcing great people into bankruptcy.

For me, this job and even law school were a “means to an end”… something I was doing to get me to what I really wanted to do, public service and “saving the world” (or at least my piece of it). I was miserable… Every day when I went to work, my heart certainly wasn’t soaring.

I was awful. Not a great law student and certainly not great at my job.

So, I quit. I went to work for a nonprofit. I worked with amazing people, helping to make the world a better place. Over the years, I have always let my passion be my guide. And, I have always been successful.

During the first 15 or so years of my career, I raised millions of dollars for non-profits, created and funded drug/alcohol, domestic violence, literacy and other treatment programs to help people change their lives, and especially change the lives of their children.

During that time, I began consciously using the Law of Attraction to be a magnet for things I wanted in my life. On a non-profit and subsequently State government salary, I was never really making much. But, I always seemed to have everything I wanted.

I even bought my first home in my twenties when my friends who were making much more than I was didn’t seem to ever have enough for their rent. How was that possible?

This Is Not Complicated – Please Do Not Complicate It!

I promise, you too can master the process of creating anything you want. You many need to expand your beliefs. You may need to change your thinking, but what the heck, give it a try.

If you do not appear to be successful in the first 5 minutes, do not give up.

Here is a great way to think about manifesting your dreams. Read it, then we’ll get into the practical details for you.

When someone is expecting a baby, they can’t see it. It’s an “expected” creation. So after 5 minutes… or 5 days, do they say “well where is it? Obviously, it’s not coming, I’m giving up. This is all a bunch of new age nonsense.”

No, they buy the baby cloths, they decorate the nursery, they celebrate, have parties, plan for the future. They’re excited and filled with anticipation.

Your desires are like an expected baby. They’re coming. Give the Universe time. God is never late.

Here is another way to think about it. When you plant a seed, do you immediately give up if it doesn’t sprout and bear fruit in the first day or 2? Of course not. You nurture it, water it, give it sunlight. And, voila there’s your fruit.

You Are A Magnet.

Quantum physics has proven that. What are you attracting? Nails and thorns… or money and joy?

My friends and I used to play with our yo yo often. You could spend hours upon hours totally focused on getting that thing to do the latest trick. Do you remember the trick called walk the dog?

Did you own a slinky when you were a kid? I wonder how many of those springy things were sold. I am willing to make a bet that it was in the millions. Some creating person invented this long spring like metal toy that was capable of stepping down a set of steps all by itself. Would you ever have thought that something so ridiculously simple would have become so incredibly popular? I am sure he got rich off of that idea.

The Nintendo video game is revitalizing the popularity of the hula hoop. Can you remember the last time you saw someone playing with a real one? I am sure it was quite a while ago. These hoops could probably keep you in shape if you got hooked on using one. It’s weird how the simple toys were the ones that really caught on big.

The right to manage is a legal right awarded by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform legislation which came into force in 2002.

Its purpose is to give leaseholders more control over where they live. This could be for several reasons, including the desire of leaseholders to take over the management of their property due to a bad landlord or simply because the leaseholders own most of the value of the property and they want to decide how it should be managed, too. In order to acquire the right to manage, the leaseholders must go through the process of right to manage company formation. This company is then used to manage the property and the previous management of the building – usually the landlord – is also entitled to membership of the company. There is no need to get a court order to invoke the right to manage and you don’t need to get the landlord’s permission to seize control, either. However, the 2002 Act lays down a process that you need to follow and you will need to complete the right to manage company formation prior to serving your landlord with a Notice of your intent.

It is important to consider who would actually be managing the property following the completion of the right to manage process. This does not necessarily have to be done by the leaseholders because the right to manage is simply a transfer of the responsibility for management. This means that tenants can hire an outside company to take care of the day to day management on their behalf and this is often seen as preferable, due to the specific skills and experience needed to successfully manage a block of flats.

Before undertaking the right to manage company formation, leaseholders will need to consider the responsibilities that come with doing so. Forming a company of any kind obliges those involved to learn about company procedures or at least hire someone who can advise on those subjects. Leaseholders will also need to make a long term commitment to the company and serve as company directors – as well as landlords of the property once the process is complete. The company officers will also be responsible for keeping the company afloat, so it is important that all leaseholders make their payments on time and observe all their responsibilities.

Overall, obtaining the right to manage requires a commitment from everyone involved, but it ultimately gives leaseholders more control over their affairs and is, as such, a positive thing to do that can produce very good results for everyone involved.
http://ptlhosting.com for all your hosting needs
